Another leaking Oil Pipeline
Shell Pipeline, a unit of Royal Dutch Shell Plc, shut down their West Columbia, Texas, pipeline last Friday after electronic calculations conducted by the US National Response Center showed that upwards of 700 barrels had been lost, amounting to almost 30,000 gallons of crude oil.
GUYS another oil spill happened, so that’s 3 or 4 spills in less than two weeks what is happening??
Had a fun adventure in the mountains over the weekend! It was chilly and even snowed but I had a lot of fun and was glad to have a dog around since mine is out on an adventure of his own in Oregon.
I don’t think anyone saw this one coming……but His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama is the latest high profile critic of the Keystone Pipeline.
He is one of a group of nine Nobel Peace Laureates (including Archbishop Desmond Tutu) who have written a letter to President Obama, urging him to honour the environmental pledges he made back in 2008 and reject the Keystone extension.
